Reiki is a Japanese term that means Spiritual Energy.
At the beginning of the 20th century Mikao Usui developed a method to work with this energy for personal spiritual development and for the passing of this healing energy to others. From that time the Usui Reiki Method - Usui Reiki Ryoho has been transmitted from Reiki teachers to their students.
You can therefore receive healing sessions from a Reiki Practitioner or learn to use Reiki for your own development and self-healing from a Reiki Master Teacher.
